OUR APPROACH

We restore and protect forest ecosystems by integrating scientific research with traditional ecological and cultural knowledge, offering context-driven advisory solutions, promoting ecological literacy across communities and industries, and enabling sustainable, nature-based livelihoods.

Our activities are currently focused on the themes of Conservation, Education and Livelihood Development.

    • Safeguard habitats to ensure survival of native species and cultural traditions that depend on them

    • Preserve and Promote traditional knowledge systems and cultural heritage linked to biodiversity

    • Conduct scientific research to monitor wildlife population

    • Implement community driven measures to protect rare, threatened and lesser known species

    • Organize Citizen Science Initiatives to assess and monitor biodiversity

    • Immersive Learning Beyond Classrooms

    • Sensitize and engage with local community to preserve the local biodiversity

    • Promote traditional practices and indigenous wisdom intricately linked to natural ecosystems

    • Provide training in skills like certified nature guides/ naturalists that can help local community become self reliant

    • Promote responsible tourism through community driven conservation

    • Develop eco-friendly products

    • Revive and Promote sale of forest-based products made by local community entrepreneurs
