Rishov has nearly 15 years of experience as an HR (Human Resources) practitioner and consultant across organizations of varying scale and complexity, from large multinational corporations to high-growth tech companies across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. With a degree in Computer Science Engineering from IIIT Kolkata and a masters in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur, Rishov brings strong technology know-how and analytical thinking to his work, enriching his approach to sustainability and systems-driven solutions.

A naturalist and birder who loves observing, learning, and sharing about the natural world, Rishov’s deep interests in biodiversity conservation and cultural heritage led him to follow his passion and establish EcoSanskriti in 2024. He is particularly drawn to eco-tourism, waste management, and sustainability. A student of mindfulness, he aspires to bridge the connections between ecology and culture, fostering meaningful, sustainable livelihoods.
